TCG Asia Exchange operates TCGAsia, a marketplace for trading cards. This policy covers buyers, sellers and visitors. Contact support@tcgasiaexchange.com with privacy questions. Our postal contact address will be added before launch.
Information we collect
Account information includes your name, email or phone number, preferred language and sign-in details. When you use a connected sign-in service, we receive the account information that service provides. Purchases and selling activity include delivery addresses, order details, listings, photos, reviews, dispute evidence and payment references. Seller verification may include identity documents and payout account information. Technical records may include session identifiers, IP addresses and security logs. Please do not upload unnecessary sensitive information.
Why we use information
We use account and transaction data to provide the marketplace, arrange delivery, process payments and payouts, and resolve disputes. Information required for these services is necessary to fulfil the transaction; without it, we may be unable to provide the requested service. Our intended legal bases are performance of a contract, legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as preventing fraud and securing the service. Where consent is required for an optional use, we will request it separately and explain how to withdraw it.
Retention, security and international processing
We restrict access to personal information according to operational needs. No service can guarantee absolute security. Our intended retention approach is to keep information only as needed for the account, transactions, disputes and applicable record-keeping duties, then delete or anonymize it where permitted. Category-specific periods and backup deletion arrangements must be finalized before launch; this draft does not promise automatic deletion. Service providers may process information outside Thailand. Applicable transfer safeguards and provider locations must be confirmed before production processing.
Your privacy choices and rights
You can update supported profile fields and saved addresses in your account. Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and withdraw consent for processing based on consent. You may also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee. Email support@tcgasiaexchange.com to make a request. We may need proportionate identity verification. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or unresolved transactions; we will explain any applicable restriction.

For privacy questions or requests, email support@tcgasiaexchange.com and identify the account or transaction involved. Never send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details. Material changes will be reflected in an updated policy and communicated where required.
