TCGAsia connects buyers with independent sellers. Each listing identifies the seller and the item offered. TCG Asia Exchange provides marketplace tools, payment coordination and dispute handling. Card publishers and their trademarks are not affiliated with or endorsing this marketplace.
Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate information, keep sign-in credentials secure and use an account only with authorization. You must have legal capacity to enter the relevant transaction, or the legally required consent of a parent or guardian. Sellers must complete the verification required to sell and receive payouts.
Listings and seller responsibilities
Sellers must have the right to sell their items and accurately describe the card, printing, language, finish, condition, quantity and price. Counterfeit items and misleading photos or descriptions are prohibited. Follow the photo requirements shown during listing. Sellers are responsible for lawful sales, appropriate packaging and keeping available stock accurate.
Prices, checkout and payment
Review the item price, shipping and total shown at checkout before placing an order. A submitted order or payment attempt does not by itself confirm successful payment. Payment is confirmed only when the provider outcome is reflected in the order. Stock availability can change before an order is accepted. Seller fees, payout deductions and release conditions are those disclosed in the applicable seller flow. Do not treat a scheduled payout or refund request as completed until it is confirmed. Sandbox transactions and synthetic sale history used for testing do not represent real payments or market valuations.
Delivery and cancellation
Use an accurate, deliverable address. Sellers should dispatch using the selected shipping arrangement and provide valid tracking where required. Delivery estimates are estimates, not unconditional guarantees. Cancellation options depend on the current order and payment state. Check the order page for available actions; an unresolved payment may need verification before cancellation or refund can finish.
Problems, returns and refunds
If an item does not arrive, appears counterfeit or materially differs from its listing, use the order’s problem-reporting flow promptly and retain packaging, tracking and relevant photos. Sellers must cooperate with review. Refund eligibility and the required return steps depend on the evidence, transaction and applicable law. Refund requests are distinct from confirmed refunds, and processing time depends on the payment provider. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights. Acceptable use and content
Do not commit fraud, manipulate reviews or sales history, harass others, misuse personal information, circumvent security or interfere with the service. Only upload content you have permission to use. You retain rights in your content and permit TCG Asia Exchange to host and display it as needed to operate the marketplace. We may restrict accounts or listings to investigate misuse, comply with law or protect users, while addressing outstanding transactions appropriately.
Service limitations and legal rights
Catalog details, historical prices and availability may contain errors. Price history is informational and is not a guarantee of resale value. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the conduct of every independent seller. These statements do not exclude liabilities or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable Thai law and mandatory consumer protections govern to the extent legally applicable; this draft does not impose an exclusive dispute forum.

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@tcgasiaexchange.com. Our postal contact address will be added before launch. Material changes will be dated and communicated where required. New terms will not retrospectively remove rights attached to existing transactions.
